Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MUNYARADZI ZHOU. If something is not right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging, mounting hardware, remote controls, cables and manuals.
Please include your order number inside the parcel.
Items that are damaged through misuse, accidental damage or normal wear are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email service@lokkiutrading.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with return instructions within two business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, we will also cover the return label where the return is arranged through our support team. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded when the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, let us know in your return request and we will reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video so we can resolve it quickly.
