Shipping policy

MUNYARADZI ZHOU ships camera and photography accessories from our fulfilment partners to customers in New Zealand and internationally.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery estimates

New Zealand: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Australia and the Pacific: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
United States, Canada and the United Kingdom: 10–18 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world: 12–25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only. Customs processing, local postal delays and public holidays can extend delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order. Any free or discounted shipping offers shown on the storefront apply to the destinations and order values stated in the offer.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed after dispatch. Some carriers take up to 48 hours to activate tracking after collection.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping may apply.
